Sally:

Woohoo! Welcome to Episode 84 of That Voice Podcast. I am arms open, welcoming, beautiful people right now into My Six Week Voice Makeover. This is my signature online group coaching course, where over six weeks-- surprise, surprise! Over six weeks, I give you strategies and exercises to make an impact. Every time you speak your job, your role, the kind of speaking you do, the kind of voice you have is right for this course. I designed it this way so that you are armed with strategies that you know, are going to get you out of trouble and help you speak your best, whether you're podcasting or making videos or going live or heading meetings or running tours or doing interviews. Honestly, the building blocks are the same. And that's what makes this course so bloody useful because you can apply these techniques in so many different areas.

I often have people saying it even helps in their parenting and relationships. Disclaimer: this is not a parenting or relationship course. So to show you the kinds of people who take this course and the kind of outcomes they get, I wanted to introduce you today to six graduates of My Six Week Voice Makeover and let them explain in their own words why they loved it so much. If you haven't done My Six Week Voice Makeover, do self a favor. Come and join us. This is the last time I'm running the course for 2021. This is it. I don't have another six week window free until next year. That's how crazy my calendar is. So click the link in the show notes or track me down on social. And I will make sure that you have the details.

So we're hearing from four graduates today and we're starting with Katie Bulmer. So Katie is from Tennessee, she's a motivational speaker and she works with women in their twenties to help them understand their worth. Obviously, I am just such a fan of that message. She has a TikTok following of more than 100,000. I think that's where we first met. And Katie is the host of the podcast called Truth for Your Twenties. Katie did My Six Week Voice Makeover last year, and here's what she had to say.

Katie:

Hello! My name is Katie Bulmer. I am a public speaker and I'm also a podcast host. And I've benefited so much from Sally's Six Week Voice Makeover, because I thought, even though I'm doing a lot of work with my voice, so to speak, I never really took the time to invest in how I am presenting myself and my voice. So I highly recommend her program. I think it was very beneficial just to walk forward and to be able to share your message with confidence, whether that's someone who just wants to show up online or become a keynote speaker. I think anyone and everyone can really benefit from investing in the beautiful instrument, that is our voice.

Sally:

Oh, don't you just love Katie's accent? Next off, we have another beautiful woman called Sarah Lux. I first met Sarah when she stayed at my place, actually, when I was doing AirBnB. She came up with her husband from Melbourne, for a wedding up here in Brisbane. We stayed in touch and I was so thrilled to see Sarah sign up for My Six Week Voice Makeover. Sarah is a life coach and a speaker and the skill she gained from my course are paying off big time.

Sarah:

Now before Sally's program, I lacked confidence in speaking. I have mild dyslexia, so I fumble my words and get them mixed up occasionally. And during this program, I was able to learn how to ground myself, slow down and pause, and speak with confidence. And since completing this program, I have been actually booked for speaking gigs. The facilitator said that my message was clear and it was felt. And with what I do as a connection coach, that's huge and really vitally important. And so if Sally's six week program is something that you were looking at, or if you're looking at working with her one-on-one I really encourage you to take that leap. She's fierce. She's fabulous. And she's fantastic at what she does. So jump, leap. She will catch you. She will guide you and she would take care of you just like she did me.

Sally:

Oh, Sarah's so sweet. And I love that because I do genuinely care about everyone who comes into my programs. Next up, I'd love to introduce Amanda Chen. Amanda is a business consultant and project manager, and English isn't her first language. So, if that's the case for you, please know, I've had lots of people through the course in this boat. And there are plenty of exercises which will help you become more confident, no matter what language you're speaking. Let's hear from Amanda.

Amanda:

I enrolled in Sally's classes because I needed powerful voice throughout my performance. Sally not just delivered, but outperformed in my case. She teaches many practical voice techniques and has built a community that supports each other to become better together. Unlike other voice coaches in the market, Sally brings her bubbly personality into her classes. Her positive energy fills you, her smiles engage you. The key reason and the precise why she is the one. The one that can assist you in mastering confident speaking. Sally transformed me. I moved from being silent in social media, to posting speeches and articles on Facebook actively. My confidence boosted, my voice toughened. I enhanced my vocal performance and elevated the quality of my social life. Sign up for her classes now. A small investment that will transform your life. Thank you.

Sally:

It gives me all the feels. Now, finally, I want you to meet Shae Court. Shay and I met on TikTok. Shae's a Psychology student and she describes it so beautifully why you should sign up for My Six Week Voice Makeover.

Shae:

My name is Shae and I am a student studying psychology and I'm a stay at home mom. I first learned of Sally process, voice coaching. When I joined her Six Week Voice Makeover course. I loved it so much that I signed up for a whole 12 months of coaching with Sally so that I could get the benefit. My biggest takeaway has been mindset and breath. I had not made the connection prior to learning from Sally that mindset and breath are like your two key winners to speaking and expressing yourself in a beautiful way. I would highly recommend Sally's voice coaching to anyone who wants to use their voice. Even if public speaking is not a formal part of your job or your life, you may just want to express yourself fully to loved ones and have yourself heard. I highly recommend Sally's voice coaching.

Sally:

Oh thank you so much, Shae. And thank you to Katie and Amanda and Sarah for taking the time to record those messages. Now you might be thinking, "Hmm, is this a women's only course?" And the answer is no. Actually I normally have about a 50-50 split with men and women. And I've had enough experience to put this out there. Men generally are just way more hopeless when it comes to leaving testimonials. I'm not sure if you've experienced that. I always ask everyone in the course to leave feedback, and the guys are really great writing it in the actual Facebook group. But when it comes to the formal feedback, it often doesn't come in and I'm not telling you this to cry poor in any way. I just wouldn't want you to think that this course is gendered one way or another. So man, woman old, young from wherever you're from in the world, this course is right for you and you will be welcomed.

So hopefully hearing from those graduates has stirred that excitement in you. You may have been umming and ah-ing about investing in the course. So hopefully you're a lot clearer about what you're going to do. You're going to head to the link in the show notes, and I will see your sign up come through shortly. Doors close on midnight this Saturday, July 3rd. And as mentioned, it's the last time this year I'll be running the course. So now is the time I'd love to see you there. Now with the craziness of My Six Week Voice Makeover starting, I'm going to take a week or two off the podcast, just a little mid-season break while I get everything organized, but I'll be back in your ears very soon.
