Three steps to deepen your voice

Studies show deeper voices are more attractive…not only that, deeper voices are said to sound more trustworthy, healthy and likeable!

Who doesn’t want that? So if you worry you sound “too high-pitched”...

Here are three steps to deepen your voice

Step 1: Feel your body. Wiggle your toes, rub the top of your thighs and twist from the middle... Get out of your head and wake up your body!

Step 2: Breathe low. If you want to sound deeper, the air needs to go deeper! Direct your inhale all the way down towards your bottom!

Step 3: Speak from the heart. Visualise your voice coming from your body, not your mouth. Speak from your gut or your heart, literally!
